Madison Alexander wakes up in a hospital room, disoriented, in pain and can’t remember why she is there. Learning that she has been in an automobile accident, she has to face the realization that her fiancé, David Delacroix, did not survive the crash. As she slowly recovers, the memories of that night haunt her in nightmares and soon she realizes that the accident may not have been that at all.
